I think : ) something that's helped me is sticking to one thing (list building and email marketing) and when I'm happy that's working as well as it can ... then I'll start to add other income streams (creating products etc). It's easy to blame others though ... for sending you lots of offers but then ultimately YOUR success has to come down to YOUR committment and DISCIPLINE to ignore what's irrelevant and only buy (or download something) if it will help what you're doing right NOW. I'm guessing there was an admin error (or perhaps it was down to timing) and I'm confident they will get back to you (maybe even try to PM him on the Warrior Forum). These guys have reputations to protect. You don't really have to be technically minded (your learn what you need to in the CCC free trial) but if you've ever set up a mini-site before you'll have a quicker start.
