Online for over 3 years, I’ve been hooked in by the usual suspects when it comes to getting rich online. My first experience was through a personal development MLM program which was promoted by a ’so called friend’.
Having fallen face first into the pavement – my first attempt left a bitter taste in my mouth for all things MLM and that involved pushing them towards your friends and family first.
I do have one reason to thank that ’so called friend’ – he introduced me to the online world, something I would never have stumbled across and how to make a fantastic living online, one that you have control over and can take in any direction.
Over the past 3 years I’ve fallen through all the cracks a newbie might – from procrastination and half finished adsense sites to half assed review websites or blogs – I’ve read too many forums, written too many ezine articles and wondered which direction to take next (usually influenced by the latest fad in my email inbox).
Here in 2009 I’ve steadily moved from bum marketing a few bucks here, to a small but steady affiliate income in several niches (forex in particular) by persistance and doing exactly what I’m told by a few internet marketing experts who talk sense, act with honesty and make great incomes.
Nowadays I only follow this ‘affiliate email marketing’ model for everything I do – when I create products in a niche I love, for affiliate marketing, email marketing and flipping websites or blogs.
Put simply – it works.
